Evidence of what has never existed
This project builds a closed database of fake human faces generated entirely by Artificial Intelligence. Real human subjects are completely bypassed to achieve total mechanical control over every feature. The final images are not photographs proving a physical person ever lived; they are the direct output of a computer calculation.
These faces simulate a human gaze they do not actually possess, looking back at the viewer with an artificial realism. Locked inside this strict filing system, the images do not record real people from the past. Instead, they act as official paperwork proving the existence of a population that has never existed.
